• Must adhere to golf courses specific dress code requirements
• Card carriers MUST mention 2024 Ultimate Golf Card when scheduling tee times. 
• Must call ahead for available tee times.  Certain time periods may be unavailable.
• *Grants Pass Golf Course: non-members golf after 12pm only.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or tournament.
