Ninja U is an indoor obstacle training facility in Cedar Falls, Iowa that helps kids and adults build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement and play. Inspired by the challenges seen on ninja-style obstacle courses, Ninja U offers a safe and energetic environment where participants can climb, swing, jump, and balance while developing athletic skills and problem-solving abilities.

The facility provides structured classes, open gym time, camps, birthday parties, and team-building experiences designed for a wide range of ages and skill levels. Their programs focus not only on physical fitness but also on perseverance, discipline, and personal growth.
