Recovery Coaches - Provides services to adults, and/or their families. Assists in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.

Recovery Technicians - Provides counseling, supervision, and casework services to clients in a detoxification facility, acute psychiatric health care residential facility, in-home, or day treatment setting. 

 

Recovery Aides - Assists clients and families in the behavioral health system to enhance their recovery and promote wellness. Assists Recovery Coaches in providing rehabilitation and support services.

 

Medical Assistants - Works alongside nurses and BHMPs to assist in the flow and non-technical assessment of clients in an integrated behavioral health outpatient clinic.

 

Clinicians (Licensed & Non-Licensed) - Performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, for individuals, families, and groups; provides community consultation and education and staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and participates in the planning, development, and implementation of services as part of the Child Family Team or Adult Recovery Team.

 

Employment Specialists - Supports clients in pursuit of educational or employment goals. Provides supported education and supported employment services.  Assists with job searches and applications for employment. Facilitates groups and Work Exploration Class. Interacts with Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, employers, teachers, student advisors, and others in the service of seeking and maintaining employment and educational goals. 

Foster Care Coaches - A Foster Care Coach will work closely with the Foster Care Coordinator, foster care staff, and foster parents in providing support services to children and foster parents of La Paloma Family Services’ programs.   These services include individual and group training, assisting foster parents and advocating within the child welfare and behavioral health systems. The Foster Care Coach will also coordinate with outside agencies, schools, and agencies in the provision of these services.   

 

Foster Care Trainer Recruiter - The Trainer and Foster Care Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a continuing pool of prospective and well-trained applicants for foster care licensure, leading the retention efforts of current foster families, and assisting in outreach activities for La Paloma foster care programs. The position will be the first point of contact for the Foster Care program and must always exemplify the philosophy and mission of the program.
