PPEP, Inc

In 1967, PPEP, Inc. was founded by Dr. John David Arnold aboard a 1957 Chevy bus named "La Tortuga (tortoise)" with a $19,000 grant from the Tucson Committee for Economic Opportunity. Its mission to "improve the quality of rural life." Four decades later PPEP remains dedicated to carrying out the dreams of its first Bracero migrant farm workers students for a better way of life. Direct Support Professional Tucson and Casa Grande Provides supports individuals with developmental disabilities to have a quality of life. 
Employment and Training Grants Manager Tucson Provides supervision for the Statewide NFJP Area Coordinators, WDS and WIOA Staff for employment and training programs.
Workforce Development Specialist NFJP Pima County/Santa Cruz Tucson Provides comprehensive case management services, to include job and career counseling/development, to eligible qualified WIOA Title 1 individuals under DOL NFJP.
Administrative Assistant - Prevention Tucson/Amado Responsible for the operation of amulti-line phone system, greeting the public, performing administrative and clerical tasks
Charter School Student Support Specialist Sierra Vista responsible for serving as a school
team member and utilizing expertise, advocacy, and collaboration to promote student success, provide preventive
educational services, and respond to behavioral health needs of students.
Finance and Grants Analyst Tucson Performs multiple accounting functions and reconciliations to provide financial analysis on accounts relating to budgets and the general ledger; prepares grant billings and reimbursement requests to various funding sources and provides general accounting support.
Instructional Aide- Paraprofessional Tucson Assists students in mastering the objectives of the Arizona College and Career Readiness Standards to prepare them for further education and/or employment.
Payroll Specialist Tucson Responsible for processing all PPEP payroll
Prevention Assistant AMADO Provide assistance with coordinating and implementing project activities, recruiting new contacts and maintaining current collaborations necessary for program success.
Prevention Coordinator AMADO/Tucson Facilitate the planning and implementation of prevention project activities to achieve project goals and objectives
Program Development Coordinator - PSMA Tucson Responsible for developing, managing, planning, coordinating, and implementing policies, objectives, and procedures of fundraising and operations in accordance with the PSMA’s Mission and Strategic Plan.
Residential Coordinator Casa Grande/Tucson Provides support to the IDD Residential Group home site operating seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day
Special Education Aide Tucson Responsible for maintaining special education documentation and records; acts as liaison between special education and teaching staff; assists students with learning disabilities in preparing for employment and/or further education after graduation
Special Education Teacher Tucson Assists students with learning disabilities in preparing for employment and/or further education after graduation, as well as in mastering the objectives of the Arizona Academic and Common Core Standards.
Charter High School Teachers Tucson/Casa Grande/Sierra Vista Prepares students for employment and/or further education after graduation and helping students master the objectives of the Arizona Academic and Common Core Standards.
Van Driver AMADO Operates a motor vehicle transporting various CPC and Prevention individuals to a variety of activities on a scheduled basis
