All new members who join the Air National Guard in an open position in any career field and have never served in the military before will receive a $3K sign on bonus. We also have 5 career fields that offer a $10K sign on bonus. These jobs are Aerospace Ground Equipment Technicians, Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Technicians, Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Management Production Technicians, and Aircraft Weapons Technicians.
