Behavioral Health Technicians
The Semi-Independent Living Behavioral Health Specialist provides resident care as directed by the Program Supervisor in a manner that considers resident rights (R9-20-203), cultural differences, safety, cleanliness, and comfort while promoting resident dignity, independence, individuality, strengths, privacy and choice.
Behavioral Health Clinicians
The BH Clinician (BHC) is responsible for comprehensive coordination of behavioral health services for adult and child members who are eligible for enrollment with public behavioral health services.

Mental Health Therapist
The Therapist provides behavioral and crisis management services to Easter Seals Blake Foundation (ESBF) members that include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, case management, and assessment.

Experiential Therapist
The Experiential Therapist is responsible for providing outpatient behavioral health treatment services to AHCCCS-eligible children, their families, and and/or adults using equine assisted, animal assisted, adventure, and/or ecotherapy experiential interventions.
Direct Support Professional
Direct Support Professionals work directly with people in their homes and in the community, assisting them to develop a sense of identity, self-worth and independence.

The Billing and Claims Specialist is responsible for submitting claims to multiple payers, posting payments, working the denials and following up with appeals when necessary.

Mental Health Consultant
Mental Health Consultants provide services in the childcare setting centered around increasing childcare providers’ capacity to meet the social-emotional needs of children in their care.
Quality First Coach
Quality First Coaches provide onsite coaching to childcare programs interested in improving quality practices in their childcare setting.
Family Educator
The Family Educator will mentor families to become their child’s first teachers, work with families with children ages birth- three year old as well as expectant mothers.
Early Childhood Educator
The Early Childhood Educator plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum in a classroom setting for toddlers or preschool-aged children.
Admissions Specialist
The Admissions Specialist is responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, greeting members, obtaining and completing initial member paperwork, checking enrollment & funding status in multiple databases, scheduling transportation and clinical appointments, helping with ongoing audits and providing support to the Office Manager and clinical staff.
Peer Support Specialist
The Peer Support Specialist promotes a recovery based approach to member care that emphasizes hope, respect, self-direction.
