- Automotive Technician: Seeking both skilled & entry level technicians to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to learning/being specialized in particular areas of repair.
- Business Development Center Representative: Provides first class virtual customer service (via phone, web, chat) with new & established customers. Representatives will be able to assist with scheduling appointments for sales/service.
- Detailer/Car Wash: Cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles both interior and exterior. Conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications meeting proper time allowances
. - Experienced Auto Body Technician: Repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
- Painter’s Apprentice: Prepares, primes, cleans and refinishes damaged body and structural parts of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards.
- Salesperson: Meets with guests and shows them vehicles to either sell or lease while meeting the standards set by the manufacture and dealership while providing great customer service
. - Service Manager: Runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, and maintenance of all service records.
- Service Advisor: Speaks with guests coming in for automotive service repairs. Our advisors are the liaison between technician & guest to describe any repairs required or completed to ensure all safety measures are met based on manufacturers standards.
- Courtesy Driver: Enhances the customers’ positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicle.
- Valet: Greets customers as they arrive in our service drive and assists Service Advisors in the reception and delivery of the customer vehicles.
- Shipping and Receiving: Receives and stocks all incoming parts and prepares and ships all outgoing parts.
- Estimator: Greets and assists customer with appraising vehicle damage to determine cost of repair for insurance claim settlement.
