Property Manager: Effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives including maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
Assistant Property Manager: Assist the property manager in effectively managing the assigned property. Duties include, but not limited to: income collections, resident relations, marketing, utilizing property management software.
Leasing Consultant: greet prospects, present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
Maintenance Technician: maintain the physical integrity of the property involving insuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
