- $5K Hard to Fill stipend for Secondary & Middle-Grade Math and Secondary Science;
- $3K Recruitment stipend paid 3 months after start date;
- Retention Incentive paid in December '23 and May '24 for completing contractual obligation. It is based on Degree; Bachelor's degree - $3K; Master's degree or higher - $3.5K; Classified and non-classified employees 11-month $2K and 12-month $2.5K
