What Will I do?
- Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services

- A minimum of 2 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Leak Location and Repair, a plus

Job Title: HVAC Service Technicains

Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. What Wil I Do?
- Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors

What Will I Do?
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
- Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
- Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
- Educating and offering the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at scheduled time
- Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects

Do I have What it Takes?
- Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System
- Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
- Detail oriented with good time management skills
- Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
- Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights

What Will I do?
- Maintain relationships with store leadership and staff at all locations within district
- Walk around or man kiosk at assigned store speaking to every customer regarding our HVAC, Water, plumbing or insulation partnerships
- Assist with training of New Hires in your district, typically bi-weekly
- Utilize the store script to attain HVAC/ Water Treatment estimates, Tune-ups and/or Plumbing leads
- Must be organized and able to follow processes and procedures to schedule customers
- Set appointments by promoting Parker and Sons products and services with excitement and urgency
- Must maintain minimum monthly expectation
- Attend required monthly meetings and trainings

Our Installers serve the customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing HVAC equipment as well as installing add-on accessories when needed while providing quality work while following all applicable local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor and coach to both apprentice and entry-level technicians.

What Will I Do?
- Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
- Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
- Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement
- Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.
- Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor
Do I have What it Takes?
- 2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring
- Type II EPA Certification
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer.
- Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge
- Working knowledge of city codes
