For 30 years, we have worked hard to take care of our customers. That’s the reason after doing our research about vent free products and knowing we would never place a vent free in our personal home, we should care the same about our customers. We decided our customer family and homes were more important than the money and we would not sale a vent free product. That was a good choice then and it is now! We have torn out and replaced 100’s and 100’s of unhealthy vent free products. We have seen many homes that had to be repainted. We have seen the mold and mildew. We have heard many stories from customers that had more health related issues when they were using their vent free product.
