Respite Assistant – Brand New Medical Respite Facility! Under direction of the Program Administrator, Program Manager, or designee, is responsible for encouraging and empowering Medical Respite guests to recover by providing services which will assist with completion of activities of daily living and active participation in recommended healthcare services. The Respite Assistant assists Medical Respite guests with navigating and utilizing the Casa de Respiro facility and other services offered by Catholic Community Services and partnering entities. Respite Assistants can enjoy schedule flexibility, benefit eligibility and generous paid time off at 30+ hours of work per week, paid sick leave, and retirement plan eligibility at 20+ hours of work per week (match eligible at 30+ hours of work per week).

 

Tax Program Coordinator (Coordinator II) Recruit, train, schedule and support Volunteers performing intake, preparation, review, and delivery of Federal and State income tax returns at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites. This position also provides assistance to the Quality Tax Expert with the Low-Income Tax Clinic which handles clients who are experiencing tax controversy. The Tax Program Coordinator can enjoy schedule flexibility, benefit eligibility and generous paid time off at 30+ hours of work per week, paid sick leave, and retirement plan eligibility at 20+ hours of work per week (match eligible at 30+ hours of work per week).

 

Support Service Provider (American Sign Language proficiency required) Provides essential supports to individuals who are Deaf, Deaf-Blind, or Hard-of-Hearing in order for these individuals to have access to, and independence in, the community. Relays visual and environmental information not accessible to the individual. Provides travel supports such as human guide support and transportation that allows safe access to the community. Support Service Providers can enjoy schedule flexibility and paid sick leave.
