Currently Hiring:

ADH Licensing Specialist

-A bachelor’s degree in a related human services field,or two years of post-secondary education in a related human services field and two years of directly related work experience, or a minimum of five years of directly related work experience.

-Directly related work experience includes work in the field of developmental disabilities, family home licensing, or child welfare.

-Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; conduct interviews; work cooperatively with external agencies in support of ADH licensed providers and members; demonstrate proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office programs.

-Current and valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record

-Able to meet all background and personal history checks

-Two+ years of experience as a Licensing Specialist preferred -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

 

Residential Mentor

-Provide opportunities to acquire, use and maintain skills which enable individuals served to live as independently as possible

-Assist individuals served in planning and participating in social, recreational, and educational activities at home and in the community

-Current valid Arizona Driver’s License (to be a driver)

-Clean driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in a 3-year period (to be a driver)

-Twenty-one (21) years of age or older (to be a driver)

-Able to communicate effectively with individuals in service and team members using both verbal and written skills

-Able to use computer proficiently -Able to meet all background checks and personal history checks
