Recovery Coaches for Adults and Children - Provides services to adults, and/or their families. Assists in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.

Recovery Technicians - Provides counseling, supervision, and casework services to clients in a detoxification facility, acute psychiatric health care residential facility, in-home, or day treatment setting.

Recovery Aides - Assists clients and families in the behavioral health system to enhance their recovery and promote wellness. Assists Recovery Coaches in providing rehabilitation and support services.

Registered Nurses - Participates in the on-going treatment of clients including medication supervision, health education, assessment, case management, and provision of therapeutic services; provides staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and participates in the planning, development, and implementation of services.

Clinicians (Licensed & Non-Licensed) - Maintains a caseload of individual, marital, group and family therapy as indicated. Participates in client staffing, develops service plans, and maintains client records, in accordance with the CFT/ART.

Employment Specialists - Supports clients in pursuit of educational or employment goals. Provides supported education and supported employment services. Assists with job searches and applications for employment. Facilitates groups and Work Exploration Class. Interacts with Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, employers, teachers, student advisors, and others in the service of seeking and maintaining employment and educational goals.

Foster Care Coaches - A Foster Care Coach will work closely with the Foster Care Coordinator, foster care staff, and foster parents in providing support services to children and foster parents of La Paloma Family Services’ programs. These services include individual and group training, assisting foster parents and advocating within the child welfare and behavioral health systems. The Foster Care Coach will also coordinate with outside agencies, schools, and agencies in the provision of these services.

Licensed Practical Nurses - Performs all dispensary and medical tasks necessary for the operation of a behavioral health clinic; assists in counseling groups; orients, trains and directs the work of other LPN’s.
