We are Sawmill Brewing Company, located in Merrill. We're a community-focused craft brewery proudly housed in a renovated 1940 DNR ranger station. Named to honor our town’s rich logging history, you'll find historic photos and tools decorating our red granite walls. The taproom features reclaimed wood, a cozy atmosphere, and a spacious outdoor area surrounded by towering white pines. We brew a rotating selection of 16 beers on-site and offer N/A beers, wine, kombucha, craft sodas, and more. Enjoy snacks, pizza, food trucks, or bring your favorite food in. With live music, trivia, open mic nights, and family-friendly events, Sawmill is a welcoming spot where craft beer and community come together.
