For over half a century, Lippert’s Carpet One been a name that’s synonymous with quality flooring and expert service at our four retail locations- including the Lippert’s Carpet One Floor & Home stores in Grants Pass and Medford, OR.

We currently have openings in both markets for Floor Covering Consultants. We provide comprehensive training in all aspects of the floor covering industry. Our average earnings for a full time consultant ranges between $5,000 and $8,000 per month on a 5 day workweek, closed Sundays. We provide a medical plan, matching 401K and a highly professional environment.
